Added REMIT units

We have added Datteln 4, (1.1 GW) probably the last hard coal power plant to be commissioned in Germany. Further, the Dutch 1.3 GW CCGT that opened as late as 2012, mothballed already in 2014, it is now back in operation. Similar, the 300 MW Pergen in the Netherlands, an industrial cogeneration plant operated by Air Liquide. Finally, the recently opened 222 MW offshore wind park in Belgium, Northwester, had been added. We expect to add wind parks in Great Britain and Germany soon.
