Added spot forecasts in Greece and Turkey

Until now, we have not rendered the results from our spot market simulation for Greece and Turkey. So far, it has only been part of the simulation of power flow and equilibrium price in the adjacent markets. In line with all the other areas, we now publish spot market forecasts for Greece and Turkey in the same manner as the rest of Europe: Including continuously updated spot market forecasts, ensemble forecasts, spread forecasts, and market sensitivities.
