Adding REMIT for Hungary

REMIT for Hungary was indeed included in our first version of REMIT feed. However, the data feed for Hungary proved to be structurally erroneous, so we decided to remove Hungarian data form our REMIT system. Noticing that the feed has improved, we have relaunched the REMIT feed for Hungary.
