Completing all configurations for Italy's new Calabria price zone

New price zone configuration in Italy from 1 January 2021. The Calabria region has become a new price zone CALA, and is therefore not longer part of the SUD zone. The Umbria region has moved from CNOR to CSUD. Energy Quantified has recalculated the fundamental data with the new zone configuration back to 2015.
