Customer requesed river temps sites

Added actual and forecast river temperatures for two new sites, suggested by our users. Ms X and Mr Y suggested, respectively Danube-Paks (HU) and Moselle-Cattenom (FR). In line with our pledge made in our blog, we added the new sites. They and their current colleagues will receive EQ’s River Temperature service (all stations) for free.
