Excel Integrator v0.25

You can now download forecasts published at any date by only specifying the date. This has been possible to do in the Time series API, but in the Excel sheet you previously had to set the issue date and forecast tag. Now you can specify an "issued-at-latest" date and the Excel Integrator will find the newest forecast up-to that date.
