Merging German gas zones

The German gas zones GPL and NCG were merged to Trading Hub Europe (THE) from October 1st. The new zone, THE, will be a continuation of NCG, while GPL will no longer be updated. At the same time, a new curve was added: DE Futures Natural Gas EUR/MWh EEX-THE OHLC.
