Price spreads for Turkey

Turkey is the only market in Europe that doesn't have a spot market in CET time, which caused issues for our implementation for price spreads. We've worked around this and now properly displays prices spreads between Turkey, Bulgaria and Greece despite the markets being in different time zones.
