Pump consumption in BE

Completing our database, we have added consumption connected to pumping in Belgium. Pump production and consumption are not to be overlooked. With 1000 MWh/h, the countries pumping is in the vicinity of 1/9 to the load levels in Belgium (as I write this in April 20). On the same note, EQ provides pump storage production, consumption and installed capacity for 19 countries now.
