River temperature system upgraded

We have upgraded our reporting system for river temperature, providing historical data, status monitoring and river temperature forecasts. The maintenance and upgrade entailed, backloading and testing of historical data, re-estimating the forecast models, and extending the forecast’s lead time from 15 to 45 days.
