Upgrade of consumption data in Great Britain

Instead of using settlement data, we now use meter data as input for consumption in GB. The change will increase the reported consumption levels with around 2000 MW from the middle of 2019. Before this time, the data shows only minor changes to historical information. EQ strives to provide one standard definition for consumption in all areas. For GB, e.g. this means that embedded renewable generation is included in the consumption numbers.
