Upgraded GFS model

EQ was ready to provide improved GFS forecasts on the same day as NOAA launched its enhanced version of the GFS model. The upgraded model translates into better fundamental models too. Please note that the new GFS model came with some inconsistencies in how they handled precipitation. We have patched these problems.
